Well, there are a lot of groups where people talk about specific subjects...Yeah, I'm talking about newsgroups: if you have problems with virus for example, you can send (post) your question to groups like alt.comp.virus or comp.virus; if your problem is growing bonsai, you can go to alt.bonsai. And what if your problem is Archie? Go to comp.archives...

However, first of sending questions, you have to search for special text-based files called FAQs. FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are lists of questions (with relatives answers, of course) which people ask more frequently. So, if you have a problem you should look there: maybe 'your' answer is waiting for you...
