Let's see the first option: Add/Find Users. If you click here another window will come out: 
Here you can: - ICQ Main Search Engine - search for users (if you know an user's UIN or his email address or his nickname or his name, well, you can find that user)
- Find a Random User - perform a random search for online users available to chat
- White Pages, Public Chat Rooms and other places - find new users inside of White Pages, Public Chat Rooms and so on. You can search for users by specifying some information. For example you can search users by age, by gender, by location and so on. Besides you can search for ICQ users using wildcards. For example, to search for a nickname beginning with 's' type s* in the nickname field (you can reach white pages via www at: http://web.mirabilis.com/whitepages/search.html).

Just type an email address or a nickname for example... Find a Random User 
Here you can find a random user. Besides you can change your 'Random Chat Settings', that is, you can change information available to people who will find you, by pressing the 'My Random Chat Settings' button. Search In Other Directory Services 
Here you can search people by using some web services such as Bigfoot or Four11. Now let's see the second item contained into the Main Menu, 'Future Users Watch': Future Users Watch 
If you want to know when your friend will become an ICQ user, and you know his email address, you can specify it here. ICQ will alert you when your friend will join ICQ in the future. The third item contained into the Main Menu is 'Address Book': Address Book 
This is the unknown user's Address Book. Here you can manage all your friends addresses and information. The fifth item of the Main Menu is 'Add/Change Current User': Add/Change Current User 
Here you can: - View/Change My Details - you can change your information at any time, but remember that when you update your details, all users listed in your contact list will see your old information (in fact they have your information stored inside of their hard disk). So your friends will have to press the 'update' button in order to see your new information.
- Publicize in White Pages - you can publicize your information on white pages (a kind of telephone directory)
- Publicize in Web-Directories - you can publicize your information in web directories.
- Change the Active User - if your PC is shared with other users, you can switch at the active user at any time by means of this option.
- Add Another Registered User - what if you have 2 PCs and you want to use ICQ on both of them? Simple: you have to add another registered user. Suppose you are the user 'Mike' and you have ICQ on your PC at your office. Suppose you want to use ICQ - as Mike - at home. Well, open ICQ - at home - and use this option. Just you have to specify your UIN and your password.
- Remove ICQ # From Computer - if you use a PC shared with other users, each user can use ICQ. However each user has his own UIN. Well, when an user do not use ICQ - from your PC - any longer, you can remove him from computer.
- Register A New User (ICQ#) - you can register a new user, so the new user will be able to use ICQ from your PC. Notice that you can require a password to launch ICQ, so each user will be able to keep his information confidential.
- Unregister Existing User - you can unregister an existing user.
