You can switch among open applications and open windows using Expose'. After pressing the F9 key you can point and click to choose any open windows or any open application. Anyway, you can still use the keyboard:
in fact, after pressing F9 (to activate Expose') press the Tab key to switch among open applications. You can also switch among open windows using left, right, up and down arrow keys
