How to handle file names with spaces in Terminal? There are two ways:
1) enclose it in double quotes
or
2) escape the space char with a backslash (\)
If you like the first method, you could type something like this:
"this is a weird file name"
If you prefer the second one, just put a backslash char before each space char, like this:
this\ is\ a\ weird\ file\ name
