Reset any application's settings to its default

Did you mess around with an application's settings and it is crashing now? You can reset any application's settings to its default, following some very simple steps (as usual):

1) Close the 'troublesome' application
2) Open the Finder
3) Go to Your_home -> Library -> Preferences
4) Drag the preferences file for the 'troublesome' application (.plist extension) to the Trash

Now, open the 'troublesome' application again: it will create a new default preference file!
